The Stawberry Moon!  That's what!

This is a 5 minute edit. I'm still working in a lot more detail and additional compositing. I will post the final edit here and I a seperate post.

Last nights Strawberry Moon was a full moon on the Summer Solstice. This is the first time since 1948 and the last time until 2062 this will coincide.

Sunset image above was about 2 hours before the moon image.  The moon itself is also a composite.  It's much smaller in reality from this field of view.

This image is 15 images stitched together.

-Two panoramic images (sunset & moonrise) each 7 images stitched together.

-Detailed image of the moon overlaid and blended with the moon light.

-They are blended together to show the sunset and moon rise at the same time with day/night coming together.

-The sun and moon are ~180 degrees opposite on the horizon.
